How to play

  1. Pick 2, 3 or 4 players. Each player owns a part of the screen: the bottom or top half with 2 players, a quarter with 4. Empty seats can be the computer.
  2. Touch anywhere in your part and drag back, like pulling a real gulel. Drag to the side to aim the other way; drag further to shoot further. The dotted line shows exactly where your stone will go. Let go to shoot.
  3. Each round the bird follows one flight path: straight, zig-zag, wave, circle, figure-eight, diamond or line with a loop. Every game uses 5 different paths in a new order.
  4. You have 5 stones for the whole game, one per round, shown beside your gulel. A hit is 1 point.
  5. Watch the wind flag in the middle: wind pushes your stone sideways, so aim off. Soft, slow shots drift the most.
  6. After the first bird of a round, a golden bird may fly in. It is faster and worth 2 points. Shoot now, or wait for gold and risk the clock?
  7. On Normal and Hard, a stone that whizzes past makes the bird dart away fast for a moment. Pick Easy, Normal or Hard before you start.
  8. Trick shot: bounce your stone off a bamboo pole at the side and hit the bird for 1 extra point. The aim line shows the bounce.
  9. Great shots (trick shots, golden birds, long shots) are shown again in slow motion after the round. Tap to skip.
  10. After 5 rounds the highest total wins. Tied at the top? A golden tie-break round, one stone each, decides it.
