NCR Guide Play is free games for Delhi NCR families, made by NCR Guide. Here is everything the games keep, in plain words, and a button to delete it.
These are saved in your browser and are never sent to us:
Clearing your browser’s data for this site, or the button below, removes them.
| When | What we keep | For how long |
|---|---|---|
| Leaderboard games | The score, a random player code made on your phone (not linked to any name, number or email), the name shown on the board and a city if you picked one. In children’s games the name is always a fun name. In family games it is the first name typed, a fun name or hidden: your choice in Settings. | Daily scores 2 days, weekly scores 5 weeks. All-time scores until you delete them. |
| Class Champion | The player code, answers and points. A school name and city only after a parent or teacher says yes (a tick box in the game). | About 13 months, for the monthly championships. |
| Drawing contests | Entered by a parent: the drawing, the child’s first name, age, area and the drawing’s title (shown in the gallery), and your phone or email (never shown, only to contact winners). | Your phone or email is wiped 60 days after results. The drawing stays in that contest’s gallery until you remove it (from the contest page on the same phone, or the button below). |
| Family league | The league’s name, the first names members typed, and each member’s points per week. Only people with the league code see it. | Deleted after 60 days without play. |
| Playing with friends | Online game rooms (the moves) and friend quizzes (the answers and the name of whoever made it). | Rooms 2 days, quizzes 30 days. |
| Daily reminder | Only if you switch it on (never offered in Kids Corner): the address your browser gives for notifications. No name. | Until you switch it off. |
| Suggestions | The question or line you suggest, and a first name and city only if you want to be credited. | Until we approve or remove it. |
| Every visit | Counts only, with nobody in them: how many times each game was played each day, how many visits were new or returning, and which shared link brought people (for example “contest poster”). To avoid counting one phone twice, a scrambled mark is kept for 2 days. | Daily counts about 4 months. |
| If a game breaks | The error message, which game, and the browser type (like “Chrome · Android”), so we can fix it. Nothing about the player. | 30 days. |
Use this on the phone or tablet your child plays on. It removes everything above that belongs to this device, from our server and from the phone:
